Re: Dr. Eid doesn't work with my insurance... would Dr. Karpman be a good second choice for an implant?
Wind, not sure why infrapubic scares you. For me, choosing my surgeon was most important. Once I met with Karpman, I knew I was in good hands. I was deathly afraid of infection and his statistics on infection are exemplary. I’m not overweight and I’m pretty fit, work out regularly, which i think is ...

Re: AMS CX FEEDBACK
My experience with Dr. Karpman has been outstanding. Since I live close to him, (& I fired my old urologist) I see him on a regular basis. I recommend him highly. Yes, attentive, caring, professional, highly skilled & no bs.

Re: Post-Op Underwear
I found these and wear them all the time now. I like to keep my implant inflated about 40% during the day - just more comfortable for me. Re: Virgin
Ani - I had a finicky pump for the first 6 mos - much the way you describe. The only times it worked properly was when I was in the doc’s office. I was on the brink of getting a new pump. My doc was against it but he agreed only because I was being a real asshole. Three days before my scheduled surg...

Re: Bumping your penis with an implant
My flaccid is always a bit firm & the bulge is hard to conceal, even in jeans. I've taken to wearing it straight up. It's still big & firm but less constricting & much easier to conceal in clothes. We do a lot of hugging out here in California so I have to be careful not to press full bo...
