While no longer working and on Medicare, I did have you to use a cover story for a few friends. Yes, hernia repair (and not IPP) works as the perfect cover!
No one needs to know your personal business. Your employer should not be so damn snoopy.

Re: Cycle standing or laying down
Standing is easier for me to inflate and deflate. I can do sitting down and laying down, but with a little more difficulty than standing.

Re: Correlation of ED with Larger Penis size
I have often wondered this myself. The bigger the penis the more likely to have ED? That indeed is a question worth exploring. May or may not be true, but I sure would love to hear something definitive on it.

Re: Revisiting implant advice 12 months later.
I am 65 and just 5-months post-op. Dealing with ED since late 30s. I too thought it is was all in my head and performance pressure at first. Pills worked some, then the ED got worse. Trimix was great for a few years, about five, but got tired of the hassle of it all. Uro told me I was a great candid...

hank,
I've sometimes thought the same thing. Man, the time I would have to do productive things by not choking the chicken....
So, you do you. I will do my wife. And I think we'll all be happy!
Congrats.

I am at the 5-month post-op point, and it takes 30 to 40 pumps. Not vigorous, so about 1 1/2 minutes or so.

kernels,
It is the same response every time: Just give it more time. Nearly everyone here will tell you that it takes about 2-3 months before it really begins to work and size begins to return. A year is the consensus that it will be fully sized. Cycling is what we do now, every day!

Re: How much length can be regained via cycling?
I'm actually panicking about this as well. I've lost about 1.5 and from what I'm reading, the model I have doesn't lend for any extra length. I'm currently at 4 after only having the surgery a month ago and cycling for a week. Was I undersized? Take a breath. I didn't start cycling until 6 weeks po...
