Re: cycling my beast
Hey Rancher, I had the same experience as you. Trying to cycle daily in the first weeks after surgery was quite painful. I remember breaking out in a light sweat due to the discomfort. After several months of healing I could cycle to max without issue. I cycle now every other day and my length is lo...

Re: Question about head of the bionic penis
I didn't develop peyronie's or any scarring. It is a risk but I don't know how likely it is to develop either. It's something to be aware of and be watchful for.

Re: Question about head of the bionic penis
Edrudd, My advice would be to try the least invasive approach first. I did injections for over ten years. That's a long time to be injecting. But I did it about 2 to 3 times a week and it gave me a hard, hot, natural looking erection for over an hour. Eventually it lost effectiveness and I got an im...

Re: Serious Buyer's Remorse today....
I think all implantees will have one or more of the issues you have listed. I certainly have experienced everything except the dry orgasm -- that's a bit concerning for sure and I would follow up with my doctor, but that may heal with time too. It took me two months before I was about 50% healed and...

Re: First Revision Cause and Possible Pump Issues New Implant
It is odd that this pump and my previous one from about a year earlier seem to behave differently -- you'd think they would all act the same! I think justanotherdrumber's point of having the cylinders completely drained may be onto something. I noticed the other day that after sex it is not as easy ...

Re: First Revision Cause and Possible Pump Issues New Implant
Thanks again for replying with your experiences justanotherdrumber: I do squeeze the penis to fully drain the cylinders raychez: It takes me about 60 pumps for it to be good enough for sex -- which is the same as my former pump -- though maybe you are getting more out of each pump than I'm getting. ...

Re: First Revision Cause and Possible Pump Issues New Implant
Thanks for the replies -- this is reassuring to hear that it is not uncommon. I think my first pump may have just been more forgiving -- I don't think I'm great at doing the first pump as hard and fast as I should. I have tried the block reset by squeezing on the sides -- I'm not sure if I did it ha...

First Revision Cause and Possible Pump Issues New Implant
My bionic brothers -- First implant Sept 2017 -- about 11 months later while trying to pump up (usually about 60 pumps for intercourse) the pump went flat at about 45 pumps. I deflated and tried again . . . this time at about 40 pumps the bulb went flat. I deflated and made a third attempt and at 35...

Re: Pump problem?
Tomas,
It takes me about 60 pumps to have it firm enough for penetration -- when I pump I'd guess the bulb gets deflated about 25%

Re: A few question regarding surgery (Dr. Kramer)
Dr. Kramer does use stitches. I think he typically does the incision in the scrotum so it won't be visible once it all heals. The stitches will dissolve over time, something like 6 weeks. No drainage tubes on me. And yep, a catheter is inserted while you're out. He usually has you remove it the morn...
