Re: What do young women think about implants?
I don't have an implant but regarding dating and implants couldn't you just keep it pumped up the whole date? In other words after drinks at the club or before you head home from wherever you are just tell her you need to use the men's room so when you get back to her place or yours you're ready to...

Questions about tactual feel of the penile implant
I've seen people in here who say implants are the same as natural dick except for the pump... They say unless woman thoroughly touch the ball, she can't tell any difference However, I have read threads say that implant feels more or less unnatural and their partner complains about it, despite the go...

Re: Anyone tried the new nitinol Tactra implant?
Hey Frog - welcome back to the board ... good to hear from you. So ... how's everything working out for you? I love the implant. Couldn't imagine being without it. There are the occasional awkward conversations about why I have a plastic pump, which is why I was inquiring about the nitinol implant....

Re: Anyone tried the new nitinol Tactra implant?
It's been a just few months since that implant was released, so few people have it.
Also, it is not the new type implant previously mentioned before.
Tactra is still semi-rigid.
New type implant(similar to inflatable and made by shape memory alloy) is still under developement

Does a skilled doctor's revision surgery also have a 5-10% infection rate?
The papers say the infection rate of revision surgery is 5-10%. It seems too high... virgin surgery's infetion rate is only 1%(or less than) Why is it dramatically high when revision surgery is done? Does that statistics apply to a skilled doctor who do more than 100 cases a year? I really hope that...

Why is durability improvement so slow?
The 1990s article states that implants can be used for 5 to 20 years.
No different from today
Why doesn't durability improve significantly?
As a young candidate for implant surgery, that really bothers me.
How many times do I need resurgery?

Using implant 3 times per week=Implant life less than 10 years???
I saw a comment saying that at here.
I'm very afraid if it's true
I'm now 24 and suppose I have an implant at age 27-28, how many revisions do I need until age 65(I think i can give up active sexual life after age 65)?
Hydraulic pump seems very vulnerable to mechanical failure..
