I just had Dr. Karpman replace my CX with Titan XL. Both my CX and LGX developed aneurism in the left cylinder most likely due to sex position. Surgery went smooth and I start to pump up.

I had AMS LGX then AMS CX. Both developed aneurysm and it could be attributed to side-movement as my woman loves to ride and rock on my penis.
I guess my next revision would have to go to Titan. I was wondering about brothers who had Titan and if Titan could withstand side movement.
