I agree with Maverick2dog. I like my LGX a LOT better than my Titan. But, I wish I could have the Titan pump with my LGX. To me, that's the best of both brands.

I got my first one at 71 and the second at 72. No regrets on the second one.

I only had a Titan for 8 months. Mine never looked natural when flaccid. And, it definitely didn't feel natural when handling it. There's no comparison to the flaccid AMS.

Dr. Kramer did my first implant. I subsequently met face to face with Dr. Eid, Dr. Perito, Dr. Kata and Dr. Martz (local uro). My revision was done by Dr. Carrion (recommended by Kramer) who was also local for me (Tampa - Univ of South Florida). Carrion did a great job. IMO, he's as good as it gets....

I completely agree. I wonder why neither AMS or Coloplast is interested in adding new models with just that combination of features.

I wouldn't say my Titan hung at all. It was basically sticking out whether pumped up or deflated. My AMX does hang down but I am still wearing it up, for now, as instructed by my doctor. I researched a lot about implants what I don't like about ams is the fact that it's so thin but it seems that it feels ok in the flaccid state. What I like about the coloplast is that it's wider but I don't like the hard plastic and it seems not very comfortable in the flaccid. I absolutely agree. ...

With my Titan 20, I had a 75 cc reservoir. With my AMS 21, I now have a 100 cc reservoir.

It also took me a while to get a copy of my Coloplast tracking sheet and warranty stickers. The doctor ended up sending me a text with a photo of it attached. Not the best quality. But for my AMS revision, I was given the AMS Patient ID sticker sheet in the hospital right after my surgery.

No chicken pecker is ever going to be a donkey dong, no matter how many BS implants they have or any other brand for that matter. Growing dicks are sales hype and not a reality.
