Revatio (same active ingrediant as Viagra)
Pfizer sells a drug called Revatio which contains the same active ingredient (sildenafil citrate) as Viagra for treatment of Pulminary Arterial Hypertension. Blood thinners (warfarin/coumadin)
Does the use of blood thinners such as warfarin or coumadin make one inelligible for a penile implant? Also, if one has a penile implant, does this mean he can never take coumadin (or any other medication for that matter)?
Many thanks.

What were the causes of failure? How long did the implants last? What were the subsequent surgeries like compared to the original?...

Re: Decision Advice
How do you feel about the fact that at my age (44) and, especially at your age (20s?) we will necessarily have to have multiple surgeries down the road to replace the implants as they fail?

Decision Advice
I am 44 years old, 17 months post double nerve sparing robotic prostatectomy. It took 14 months before I could get an erection hard enough for intercourse with oral meds. When I have sex, with oral meds, I get hard enough for penetration but it is only 50-60% of normal and my wife does not get stimu...
