Re: Pain?
I had varying levels of pain and discomfort after surgery. I have a prostatectomy four years ago and it was a walk in the park in comparison to getting the implant. I was extremely active before the surgery but have not returned to my rigorous workout routine. I am 11 weeks post op and I still have ...

Re: How long until walking, exercise, field work.
Prior to surgery, I swam 1 mile 3 times per week. I must be a slow healer. I returned to the office 5 weeks after surgery and I was still very uncomfortable. I’m almost 9 weeks post op and I still have periodic penile pain and scrotum soreness from the pump! However, I’m able to shovel snow (which i...

Re: Cycling With Titan
I’m 8 weeks 5 days post op. I had the same question. My doctor prescribed 60 minutes 1 hour per day for 30 days after the first 30 days of cycling (1 to 5 minutes daily). I only gotten to 60 minutes once. I thought it was a significant increase in minutes from the 1st to 2nd month. I started increas...

Re: Incontinence before/after implant
I had a prostatectomy 4 years ago. I did kegel exercises regularly and I was dry unless I drank alcohol. I got an implant 7 weeks ago and now I am leaking. A sling was installed but urine still leaks out.
Can anyone share if this improves over time or there other measures I should take?

Re: Pump Pain?
Thanks for all the responses.
I will look into the VED and consult with my doctor. The hot baths before bed really help reduce the pain and soreness!

Thanks for responding.
I sleep on both my sides and back. I can't sleep on my stomach as it is too uncomfortable.
Can you tell me what a VED is?

Pump Pain?
I am 7 weeks Post Op with a Coloplast Titan.
I am still experiencing some penile pain which dissipates later in the day. I also experience scrotum pain due to the pump as the day goes on.
1. Is this normal?
2. If so, how long does it last?
3. Any methods to reduce it?
Thanks
