I don't have any info one way or the other about frequency of inflating. However, I recently read this article which addresses frequency of ejaculation:

AMS told me that you are implanted with the maximum unexpanded size device that will fit. That means if they can fit an 18, you'll get an 18 and that 18 can expand 25% depending on your physiology. Not sure about show, but certainly tell. I was just implanted 6 weeks ago by Dr Walsh at UW. Extremely positive experience, little bruising, no swelling, very fast recovery.
