I'm on day 4 of my NoFap challenge and I woke up this morning with a little morning wood. I say little because it only lasted a few seconds, but it's a start. Hopefully, things will continue to get better.

Thanks for the detailed reply. Honestly, I haven't been with anyone since I first started suffering from ED (too worried of being embarrassed) but I can still masturbate. However, I never get 100% hard. Only half erect and it gets better near climax, but not by much (and it doesn't last long). Ever...
