Re: Coloplast Titan Implant pump stuck
I like the pump to be in the bottom of the scrotum. That way it is easy to find and easy to inflate and deflate. I had problems before on my second revision and I complained all the time that the pump was to close to the base of the penis and when I would get an erection and the penis stretching out...

Re: is LGX even worth it?
I have the LGX and I love it. It gives you more length and with time gives girth. The cylinders are great. I am not sure what they are made off, but it is strong material. And if the cylinders are not long enough, they can add rte's to the base. I honestly never asked the last specialists that done ...

Re: Implanted Oct 11th 2024 - Dr Karaman + Rigicon AX
I would say your cylinders are under sized, and since you just had a revision the surgeon apparently did not measure it right. When you have a revision or first implant I have had a couple of tiny little snake eye holes on the tip of the glan where they use something to pull the cylinder into the gl...

Re: LGX 700 Life Expectancy? 1,872 cycles on mine.
I always leave three or four pumps to avoid a MS valve problem sticking. I have had two revisions after the original, and the last two it was because of the MS pump valve getting stuck to where the ball which you squeeze would stay collapsed and it was panic time. But if you leave some saline pumped...

Re: Devastating Length Loss
Some posters get all hyped up about why some men with lets say have 18cm cylinders and yet they are bigger then a man that has 21cm. They forget that every man is different. Some have fatter penis then others, same for length. Cylinders can be 18cm but they can be made longer by adding rte at the ba...

Re: What the Fuck is the Deal with My Fucking Implant!?
There is definitely a problem if you have to pump that much. For cylinders they size you have, you should be able to fill them with around 26 squeezes of the bulb. Once the cylinders fill up it will not allow you to pump anymore into them. The bulb gets real hard and that is it, no more. Obviously i...

Re: Has anyone had early complications that required a revision surgery?
I had problem with my second revision with the MS pump. It just stopped working, stayed in a collapsed position and that was after ten months on the second revision. I was very disappointed because my first implant lasted fifteen years with no problems. So I had a third revision with quick recovery....

Re: malleable cock of the day, photos and literature
It seems like anybody with a larger then eight inches long would have problems trying to hide it. Malleable cocks stay the full length all the time. You can bend it down ward, but still it will show going down your leg.

Re: full erection with implant how many times did you press?
Everybody is different because some have more fat or meat to give the girth its thickness. For me it takes about twenty four pumps to run out of saline and that is because the penis has stretched out from what it was originally. So all that has to be adjusted when you have revisions. If your cylinde...

Re: LGX 700 Life Expectancy? 1,872 cycles on mine.
I have never had any problems with the cylinders. What has failed on my three time implants are the pumps. My first implant was an AMS Ultrex and it lasted 15 years, 2nd revision was a LGX with an MS valve which lasted only, I believe ten months, so another revision to replace the valve, but the spe...
