Did you lose those 2 inches from the implant it was it due to atrophy or operations before?

But for many they don't, especially younger guys. Wiping out a pump when you bring a girl back or fighting with a needle and the fear of peyronies isn't that good for us.

Some make it work though, good for them, good for you and the wife.

I think it's more that men are realising at an increasingly quick rate, that implants are the only good option for ED.

Pumps and needles are crap.

I'm becoming one of them.

I have so much respect for you boys doing this. Public speaking is hard for most of us in the beginning, to do it about something so sensitive.....respect. I wish we had this in the UK. I would certainly go along to ask sooooo many questions. If I go through with the implant I'm going to start this.

How do you boys walk out of the hospital without drawing attention to yourselves? Can you tuck it up under your trouser cord, like hiding a normal erection?
