60 isn't that old....

If you can feel where the inflated parts start then yeah you should be around 15cm from that I'm not sure about the length of the non-inflatable part for titan. For AMS it is 4.5 cm.

Looks pretty dangerous and intrusive.

I think you have some wrong expectations. The implant won't get you from 5 inches to 7. Almost half of your implant is inside your body. I would wait for it to head and cycle the implant as soon as you are comfortable.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I have had a similar experience but CX was installed because of not enough width for an LGX. I have gone through a lot of posts on FT and I do see a pattern with CX guys not happy with their final size. Especially if not operated by the top 4-5.
