Hey, That's an interesting insight. I just had my revision and my doc told my a had 2 bilateral tears also.. He said he hadn't seen this before and no explanation. I have follow up with him in Dec and I'll bring this up. From now on, I'll have a few pumps to keep the folds from occurring. Regards
