Unfortunately you can lose glans engorgement, as far as i've understood reading online. It would be nice if you would be sure to preserve the engorgement you had before the implant: unfortunately, that's not true for everyone, just for some. Wish you the best.

About 1/2 minute if I'm in a hurry You mean half a minute (30 seconds) or 1-2 minutes? sorry i didnt grasp it :D I can pump to full rigid in about 30 seconds. That's 10-15 pumps to 70% rigid and another 10-15 or so pumps (micro-pumps) to get the extra 30% rigidity so it's not flexible in the middle...
