Re: Tony’s excision, grafting and implant for Peyronies diary

Hi Tony, I've been following your posts over on the Peyronie's forum. As someone who is on the waiting list for exactly the same, graft/reconstruct and implant with Titan surgery, can I ask how long the procedure took? My research (doesn't appear to be much from folk who've had this triple willy wha...

Can you elaborate any more regarding this? I'm awaiting a Titan implant that will involve grafting/reconstruction at the same time due to my 'complex' peyronie's hence the interest! Thanks.

Re: Lift the female posting ban on FT - Please consider it.

Sorry Larry, but I don't understand why (and apologies if I have misread your intention) you think women would come here 'to troll' rather than to participate. It is 2018 after all, and men are just as likely to be trolls than women. As a member of peyroniesforum as well as this one, I can't say I h...

Re: Implant and peyronies

I'm awaiting my implant surgery date. Have a diagnosis of complex Peyronie's with ED. Left-lateral curvature is 45 degrees and dorsal 80 degrees, according to measurements by my surgeon. Have been recommended the Coloplast Titan implant, and 'reconstruction' at the same time - which will most likely...

Re: Overcoming doubts

justanotherdrumber, yep the psychological stuff is important - the impact of all this on my day to day life is pretty hard to ignore. I'm certainly not as happy as I used to be, and my self-belief has tanked over the last few years.

Re: Overcoming doubts

There are guys on this forum that do get natural wood with an implant Oldbeek, that's one of the things I don't quite understand, although it's good to know! I guess it depends on the precise nature of the implant surgery for each individual case as to how much of the corpora cavernosa is broken do...

Re: Implant Doc Prefers Titan Over AMS - Should I Be Concerned?

My surgeon is recommending a Titan for me courtesy of the complexity of my Peyronie's which means the extra rigidity is required (even with the reconstructive surgery that will take place at the same time). Although I've researched the two options up the wazoo and back again, ultimately I have to tr...

Re: Implanted before full impotence?

I do not have 'full impotence' but will be going ahead with the implant route, have my surgical pre-assessment in September and then wait for the date. In my case the ED is only part of the reason. I have what the consultant has diagnosed as a 'complex Peyronie's' with a 45 degree left lateral and 8...

Re: Those with Penile deformities/Peyronies

I was wondering who out there in the franktalk forum received an implant not because of extreme ED or prostatectomy but due to Peyronies or Penile Deformity. I'm awaiting implant surgery courtesy of complex Peyronie's disease (80 degrees dorsal, 45 degrees left lateral) and ED (can get but not main...

Re: UK Implanted

However communications with UK consultants is awful and not very personable. I'd have to disagree, at least my own experience doesn't tally with this so far. I'm based in West Yorkshire and was referred to Oliver Kayes at St James University Hospital, Leeds by my consultant urologist who had gone a...
