One year post op back to original size very very happy - should have had the surgery 15 years ago.

I had the Titan implant just on a year ago and started with a 16cm long penis straight after surgery ( 22cm implant) after regular pumping im back to 18.5cm which was the original length.

congratulations it looks like your doing well. i have a titan as well. just curious if your finding there is much difference between the deflated and inflated size? did you post any inflated pics at all ?

No not really it also depends on how I have it in my underwear I find it uncomfortable hanging down so I push it up on my sides or stomach depending on what I’m wearing Sometimes I get a few curious looks

Had a Titan 22 cm implant in late July with good results. The advice here is generally to pump up the implant often to get maximum size following the implant. I was 19 cm pre op. came out at 16 cm but with regular pumping am now back to 18.5cm. working well. will post again next year to see if the 0...
