I’m guessing by cream you’re talking androgel or similar. I self inject. Hitting myself in the thigh hurts but it’s convenient. A shot in the butt hurts less, less likely to put it in a vein by accident, but requires agility. Use a 25G 5/8" needle and inject your delts....thank me later! :D
