Are you inadvertently putting pressure on the deflate button as you’re holding the pump in those certain angles that result in the unproductive pumps?

I can’t speak for the AMS pump but this has happened to me early on as I was learning how to cycle efficiently.

During early stages of recovery that’s pretty normal. It takes several months of cycling for the cylinders to relax and soften. Also, and again due to the stiffness of the cylinders, you’re probably not as deflated as you think you are. Give it a couple months of cycling and it will feel more natural.

I did injections for 6 years before getting the implant. In retrospect, I wish I had gone straight for the implant when pills started failing. Of course that’s easy to say now that the healing is done and I’m enjoying a good outcome.

I only feel tubes if I palpate deep into my scrotum to purposely find them. They are not noticeable in any position. Wife says she doesn’t feel anything different with the implant other than her wondering hands will find the pump sometimes.

For me, TriMix Gel worked great for glans engagement and rounding out the shaft following my implant surgery. Worked pretty fast and remained plump for about 4 hours.
