Have read those posts, but, overall, feedback with actual results from guys who have had the suspensory ligament cut - pro or con - still seems limited compared to other topics on FT.

I will soon be having a Titan implant and considering having the suspensory ligament cut at that time. Have read numerous comments, threads, etc., regarding why you shouldn't have the ligament procedure, including an erection with a possible downward angle, most of the comments seem to be hearsay pa...

Thanks for the reply. The more I read, the more uncertain I become. Will ask about the severing vs. shaving. Also wondering about the degree to which having had a prostatectomy prior to implant may or may not effect angle of erection and length gain/loss. Agree with not liking the idea of no guarant...

Fundle, I'm scheduled for the implant surgery in near future and - as were you - am concerned about cutting the suspensory ligament.
