i had mine done in Grand Rapids MI. Urology Associates. Dr Ratchford did mine on July 6, 2018.

My doc had me inflate and leave it for 30 min 2 times per day. The first week was very painful and tissue was still healing. So i did it when i woke and when i went to bed. Set a timer on my phone to know when to deflate.

Great input. Sounds like the hair removal products are not the right choice. Glad i asked before wasting my money. Will look for the body groomer.

Went to Uro Doc today. Asked about pump at bottom of sac. Was told to pull down as i pump. It will loosen up. Said to continue to inflate and deflate daily. So not sure when i need to stop the daily cycle.

I am at week 5 post op. I have the same issue with the bulb and right nut. After a while it all starts to loosen up as it heals. But the bulb at the bottom of the sac is still irritating. Since my implant surgery on 7/6/18 i have had terrible itching because of regrowing pub hair. I think i want it all gone. Those of you that are bare, do you shave or use one of the hair removal products?

I had my surgery on July 6. I have a floppy head when inflated. The glan is not part of the erectile tissue that is replaced by the implant. I have read that some guys still take a low dose Cialis to help engorge the head. Will find out soon if it affects penetration..

The other thing to think about is bending over to pick things up. The first 2 weeks were difficult because of the pain from the location of the tubing for the reservoir. I am glad i found this forum. I also wish i found it before surgery to ask some questions. But so far i am happy with my Bionic equipment. For those about to have surgery, the first week and a half are uncomfortable, and the first week of inflating is painful. But as they say no pain no gain
