Hi all,
are there any positions that are unsafe for the implant? I've been getting pretty paranoid about things like cowgirl and the pressure it can put on the device when there's a slip.

pimple/boil on penis with implant
Hi all, So I have my second pimple/boil/spot on my penis since being implanted last year. I jumped on antibiotics with the first one because it was rather large, but I'd rather not have to take antibiotics every time I get a zit down there. Does anyone here have any penis/scrotum zit stories post im...

When can I stop daily cycling?
Hi all,
I've been cycling daily for almost three months. Is it safe to stop yet? if so, what's the longest I can safely go without cycling?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

underwear issue
Hi all, Sorry if this seems obvious, but I'm 8 weeks in to having a Titan, and only for the past few days have I started trying to wear the penis down in underwear, rather than pointing up. I'm only really able to wear it to the side, like this (see attached image). Is it safe to wear it like this? ...

Re: To concerned young guys
Seems there are questions here on FT from young guys about shortcomings of an implant and that some of the younger guys don’t think older men can relate to their questions, concerns because of different life style and different activities. Working out, contact sports, dating, different sex habits, ...

Re: Deflation safety
There is one doctor who has a video where he uses 1 hand to squeeze the bulb and wads up the penis with his other hand. I mean literally wads it up like a piece of paper every time he deflates the guys. Are the cylinders meant to be flat when deflated? With the way I currently deflate, I can compre...

Deflation safety
Hi all, This may look ridiculous, but I was wondering about the safety of squeezing the penis when deflating. Is it possible to misplace the cylinders, or pinch the urethra when doing this? Do you need to be gentle with it, and is there a technique you need to follow? I'm really unsure about just ho...

Re: Can pump forever?
On my way home from seeing him. I simply had not been pumping hard enough - had no idea just how much pressure you should put into this thing, at least for the time being. He also said that you are always going to get a bit of give with the bulb, so for anyone else in the early phases of having a T...
