Re: Should I Cancel My Implant Surgery?
May the good lord guide the hands of the skilled surgeon that will heal you. :) Larry Thanks for the encouraging words, Larry. Turns out I've been told to now arrive at 5:30 a.m. on Monday with surgery at 7:30 a.m. Some poor soul must have chickened out. I've heard that a lot of guys cancel at the ...

Re: Biggest mistake ever.
My doctor told me that scarring occurs when ED has been present for a long time. It's apparently what happens as the penis atrophies from ED. I'm having my implant on Monday. My doctor told me he will have both the AMS 700 CX and LGX on his tray. If scarring permits, he will use the LGX. If there's ...

Re: Should I Cancel My Implant Surgery?
Thanks for the valuable information. What a great resource this forum is. Dr. Carrion will do the surgery and, perhaps, keep me overnight. He suggested that his goal would be to do a 3-piece inflatable, but if cardiac complications arose, he would switch to a malleable. I've heard a lot of negative ...

Have you had any feedback from the anesthesiologist about whether he would approve you for surgery?
No.

Should I Cancel My Implant Surgery?
I’m interested in opinions about whether I should cancel my December 3 penis implant surgery given new information about my heart condition. My heart problems began 21 years with a heart attack and a cardiac bypass. I have two cardiologists who are partners. Cardiologist #1 is a general cardiologist...

I'll be going home with a drain but not a catheter after surgery
My urologist Dr. Carrion tells me that after surgery, I'll be going home with a drain but not a catheter. Also, 1 or 2 days after surgery a nurse will come to my home to remove the drain. Is that in line with your post-op experience? I thought everyone went home with a catheter. I'm not complaining ...

While my wife won't let me post her picture, I can provide info that can help you visualize her.
Her friends have said that she looks like Angelina Jolie.
I think she looks more like Salma Hayek. She definitely has Salma's body.
Is that good enough?

Re: Wrong device ?
I'm scheduled for an implant on December 3 with Dr. Carrion. Dr. Carrion told me that when the surgery begins, he will have a CX and a LGX on his tray. Which device he goes with will be determined by the amount of scarring he finds. He says that if there's a lot of scarring, the LGX would not be the...
