Charlie, I am more sensitive since my implant. I had trouble reaching climax while using pills and injections. I now reach climax in a reasonable time frame and they are they feel great.

First Followup After Surgery
I am scheduled for an infra pubic implant on March 21. My first follow up is scheduled almost four weeks later on April 17. Does this sound right?

Just explain it is some kind of benign lump and your Dr. says it is nothing to worry about unless it starts giving you trouble. There really are benign masses that grow in the testicles. Travel cost for implant
If you traveled for an implant what were your out of pocket expenses for the hotel, food and any other, no need for air fares nor the cost of the surgery. How helpful was the surgeons office in the process?
