Any recommended treatments, OTC or prescribed, for increasing the glans size?
Though I can feel my glans naturally increase in size just before climax, I would prefer to have it a little larger all the time without losing sensitivity or risking deformity. Does anyone have an effective treatment, over the counter or prescribed, that they can recommend? If so, how long does it ...

Re: My implant journal—Kramer Urology, AMS 700 LGX
Day 30 My penis is still a bit sensitive; it’s a little uncomfortable when rubbing on clothing. David Archy underwear and looser-than-usual pants have helped. I have started to wear blue jeans again, although a slightly looser pair than usual. Otherwise all else is good. NotGivingUp, -To alleviate ...

Re: Defective pump revision by dr Andrew Kramer with video, nov 7,2019
Six week follow up to pump revision... At about three-four weeks post op, I developed a massive seroma in my scrotum that surrounded the pump just like in the original surgery of May 1. It was so uncomfortable that I could not work with the pump enough to inflate and deflate. It finally cleared up c...

Re: Stretch test length vs before implant vs after implant
505AbqNM did you reach your trimix size right away or did it take a while? Very quickly with my Titan XL. I think I was at full potential when i no longer experienced the sting of inflation, maybe 4-8 weeks after starting regular inflating Of course, I suppose it could stretch more over time but no...

Re: Stretch test length vs before implant vs after implant
Post implant, the stretched length doesn’t mean much to me, only the erect size and, possibly, flaccid size. Both of these are highly dependent on the model and size of the implant installed. However, which model and size is used is determined by the doctor and, hopefully, the patient. This may be t...

Re: Defective pump revision by dr Andrew Kramer with video, nov 7,2019
Thanks for posting, I just watched the video. It's a relief to see how easy it was to replace just the pump, that's the component that I worry about failing. It looks like he replaced a Genesis pump with another Genesis pump. Did he comment on the Genesis pump compared to the newer Touch pump? And ...

Defective pump revision by dr Andrew Kramer with video, nov 7,2019
My titan legacy pump failed after five months use. I previously posted a video from the first May 1, 2019, surgery. This time around, Dr. Kramer replaced the pump and fluid but did not disturb the cylinders and reservoir. Discomfort and pain is absolutely minimal and I think the YouTube video that h...

Re: Titan Pump Trouble -- seeking advice!!
Well, at least you had two years worth of use! My Titan pump appears to have failed after only five months. It does not inflate at all and I can feel what I identify as a cracked edge at the end of the pump. I have a revision (probably just a new pump) scheduled with Dr Kramer in a week. This is the...

Albuquerque, New Mexico (NM)
I am now almost five months post op.
I was pretty much completely healed at about three months post op.
Extremely pleased with the results from Dr Kramer.
PM me for info or show and tell.
