My first injection was 10 units (they told me to start with 20), and I almost went to the ER after 9 hours...was in the car and it started to finally subside. I'm now down to 2 units and still sometimes sweat it out for 6 hours. 30/2/20. Should last me a year at this rate!

I posted in another thread with a similar query...I store mine preloaded all the time. I just took a half dozen preloaded on a vacation to NYC, unrefrigerated, and there was zero perceptible loss in potency.

I've injected as often as 5 consecutive days and 6 times in one week...also a low dose for me, 2-3 units, but I'm pretty good with my technique by now and haven't yet had a misfire. Taking a half dozen prefilled on a 4-night trip to NYC next month, probably won't bring any home.
