Can someone explain how to administer the PT-141? I am reading posts and I'd like to try it.

I have an implant and use a gel version of trimix inserted into my urethra to engorge my glans and make penis as thick as it was pre surgery. How do you prepare the miloprostol to inject it into you urethra? Its liquid I assume when you do that. Since its an prostaglandin like alprostadil (the one ingredient in tri-mix that burns)...do you get any burning sensation from it? Did you have that burning sensation from Trimix?
