Re: How about left over edex?
Thanks guys for the inputs and information. I think I will give the draw and freeze system a try. I know that half the 40mcg load will give me a good erection that will last for at least an hour, so I will draw two syringes with half the load in each, freeze and then take out of the freezer when rea...

How about left over esex?
I have switched from trimix to edex through the VA. The instructions say to use what is needed to get a good erection for sex and toss the remaining amount. I have found that 50% of a 40mcg glass tube works very well for me. If I inject the entire 40mcg I still get a excellant erection that will las...

Question about edex
Hello all. I have a question about injecting edex. I have been using trimix and injecting 25 to 40 units in order to obtain a good erection for sex. I am now getting edex through the VA. It comes in a 40mcg vial that has to be mixed in the vial and then injected. My uro has instructed me to inject t...

Is there really a shortage of muse?
I have been told by my VA doctor that there is a national shortage of muse and I can't get the VA URO to even discuss this issue. I am paying out of pocket for trimix and hoping I can start getting muse or an implant through the VA, but right now, things are not looking good for either.

Question for veterans who got implants through VA
Did any of you have issues getting the VA to give you your implant? My VA doctor sent a request to the URO department to give me one and they rejected it without any appointment or talking to me in any way.

Re: THIS POST IS FOR EXPRESS SCRIPTS PHARMACY USERS ONLY
Old Guy, thanks for the response. I am going to fight it as long as I can. As a veteran, I remember when I enlisted in the Air Force way back in 1965 I was told by those in charge that if I gave the military 20 years I would get FREE MEDICAL AND DENTAL FOR LIFE. Heard that several times before I sig...

THIS POST IS FOR EXPRESS SCRIPTS PHARMACY USERS ONLY
First, let me say that I have ED. For the past almost 4 years I have been using trimix injections. Over that time I have been obtaining my trimix through a compounding pharmacy who files a claim with express scripts pharmacy. I then pay a copayment. Recently, I tried to get a new prescription for my...

Re: ED Meds from the VA
Guys, thanks for the response and information. So far I have posted about how my VA provider requested a consult with the VA uro and it was closed by the uro department and I was never notified. Well, also, I take testosterone injections and that was also referred to the VA uro department. Again, it...

Re: ED Meds from the VA
Old Guy, Thanks for the response. Yes, I have part A and part B and Tricare for life from my military service will cover what medicare doesn't. Example: my wife had colon cancer surgery. Bill was over $75K. We paid not one penny out of pocket. Maybe I shouldn't be too hard on the VA. I get my hearin...

ED Meds from the VA
I'm not sure where this should go, so I am posting in general. For any of you veterans out there who are getting your medications to help with your ED, are you having any issues getting those medications from the VA? I ask because I am trying to get an implant through the VA and when I first asked a...
