Post implant and fillers I have a decent visible bulge when I inflate and with the right underwear.
Wanted to hear your thoughts on displaying the bulge on first dates and the pros and cons

After completing 3 months post-implant..it was finally time to work on the girth. Today met Dr.Seit in Toronto.Very professional and nice clinic. He has already done HA fillers on guys with implants, so that was a relief. He uses a blunt canula ..just one needle hole on skin and the rest is manipula...

I have been out of the dating scene for more than year.
Will figure it out..hopefully soon.

Thanks to each one of you for sharing your insights. I am trying to think on a date why would a well-endowed man(aka bulge) be a negative.
