Re: Waistline circumstances after IPP. Reservoir?

The placement of the reservoir may be discernible in people with visible abdominal muscles and/or a narrower waist, while it is not or barely visible in men with belly fat and/or a blocky build. I get the impression that my abs bulge a little more after implant surgery.

Re: Experiences with ventral phalloplasty (=removal of excess scrotal skin) during prosthesis implantation or stand alon

"Although scrotoplasty can improve patient satisfaction with penile prosthesis, it can lead to increased patient morbidity. Implanters should carefully consider the risks and benefits of scrotoplasty in diabetic patients, because diabetes increased the risk of dehiscence after scrotoplasty.&quo...

Re: Experiences with ventral phalloplasty (=removal of excess scrotal skin) during prosthesis implantation or stand alon

I think I have this issue. Is it possible for a surgeon to assess this through a video-call? The surgeon I saw in person recently made no comment regarding this. I have upcoming video-call with other surgeons, just want to make sure I get everything done at the same time as implant to prevent risk ...

Hi JM, Thanks for sharing. Did you have the VP during implant surgery or separately? If the latter was the case, how long was your recovery time, specifically when were you able to resume sexual activity? My doctor indicated that I should be able to have sex again two weeks after the VP, but I am af...

Re: "Something Left to Lose" - Titan 26cm, Prof. Dr. van Renterghem, October 2023

Update - 29 weeks after implant surgery. More than seven months after implant surgery I am still very glad that I made this decision at the time. “I wish I had done this sooner”; the cliché applies to me as well. Brief summary: - The pain in the penis when fully inflating the cylinders is almost gon...

Re: *** For all those that were able to perform pre-implant, just not optimally ***

No serious side effects, mainly blushing and intestinal complaints. The described dose was the highest dose at which the benefits (for me) still outweighed the side effects.

Re: "Something Left to Lose" - Titan 26cm, Prof. Dr. van Renterghem, October 2023

Thank you so much for the update! Quick questions: -I know Dr Koenraad offers Rigicon, is there any particular reason you went with coloplast? - How are you feeling now, 2 months later? - I see that you workout a lot based on your pictures. After the implant, did you start by working out only your ...

Re: "Something Left to Lose" - Titan 26cm, Prof. Dr. van Renterghem, October 2023

Update - 12 weeks after implant surgery: I haven't been on the forum, so I apologize for the late update and response. About 12 weeks after surgery I am still very happy with the implant. I am no longer as aware of having an implant as I was during the first period after surgery. Life seems to be ta...

Re: How much pain should there be when cycling?

Speaking of cycles: some questions on FT are repeated with a greater frequency than a woman has her period, see: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=23087
