any recommendations for a surgeon in the bay area? Karpman has f'd up my implant three times in 4 years now, I can't go back to him agian

Has anyone else experienced this? pumping made a squish sort of sound once or twice, and now the bulb flattens out before full inflation, and seems to be less firm each time... I'm guessing saline is leaking somewhere slowly

Not a big fan of the titan (I've had both)

AMS should be more natural feeling in all situations, folds/dog ears issues more common with Titan it seems

I suspect PD wouldn't return once cleared

Titan is notorious for this, same problem here, wish I'd gone with ams, hate the folds

just not happy with how the titan feels, overall probably still better off than before

still say the titan just doesn't feel natural, especially not inflated

I have the Titan Touch 24cm (latest as of this post)

The Titan cylinder walls themselves are really rigid

If your concern is about feeling natural (soft or hard) Titan is not right for you
