Can someone tell me the formula for TriMix that TriCare for Life will approve for reimbursement? I submit the paperwork and they kick it back saying there are one too many ingredients. The crazy thing about it is the last one is water. Also, does the VA Pharmacy provide TriMix? Thanks for your help....
