ED is defined by ability to penetrate for coitus.
Correction of ED is the point of an implant.
If penetration is not enabled by an implant then the procedure was a failure.
If penetration is possible but ejaculation can't be achieved then the problem isn't ED.

The indentation on the left side looks like a plaque.
I had an hourglass plaque that ved therapy relieved on the left side, causing my cock to curve to the right. I expect it will straighten out as therapy reduces the right side plaque.

Well done Ron. In the pic it looks like your catheter is about 1/4" - is that correct? How are your post-op measurements looking - any losses? My catheter for my surgery was a 16 french (16 fr). The french scale equates to one third of a millimeter per FR. 16 fr is really 5.333 mm in diameter....
