Re: Sharing my experience 8 months after implant
Are you in any pain now? Is there any discomfort during sex? And I always wondered this is it harder to maintain bodily fluids like peeing after surgery? There definitely was discomfort, usually after ejaculation, but after the first three months that pretty much went away. Nowadays I don't notice ...

Re: Sharing my experience 8 months after implant
bird_law, did the surgeon have to do any extra work, like breaking up scar tissue or anything that would cause a longer recovery time? From what I've read, the infrapubic technique has a shorter recovery time. Have you talked to him about this? I'm also told that people with reddish hair are more s...

Re: Sharing my experience 8 months after implant
I'm now 11 months out, and things have settled down. You aren't a wimp, that was tough surgery. I didn't sit down in a chair for 7 weeks, and hurt for nearly 5 months. Then it started to get better, and month by month less discomfort. I just started wearing jeans again recently, but sweats have bee...

Sharing my experience 8 months after implant
I was implanted back in February 2020 (right before the pandmeic turned everything upside down) and wanted to share some of what I went through in case it helps anyone else considering this option. Some background: I was 28 when I got the implant, but I'd struggled with ED pretty much all my life. B...

Pain worst at night? (3 weeks post-op)
I became bionic three weeks ago. When I saw my doc at my checkup last week, my scrotum and left testicle were still so swollen and tender we decided to keep me partially (~50-60%) inflated for the next two weeks before I start cycling the implant. While the left side of my scrotum and left testicle ...

Re: Deflating to flaccid state while scrotum still swollen
Hold on, did you deflate all the way w/o consulting the Dr.? If you did, I strongly suggest you tell him you did, why you did it (maybe not, IMHO), and what is happening now. You said your balls were still swollen when you deflated. How did you even find the valve? Sorry, should have been more clea...

Deflating to flaccid state while scrotum still swollen
Hello fellow bionic brothers, I joined the crew February 11 and my recovery has been pretty difficult so far. My doc is out of town this week, but told me if I could find the deflate button on my Titan I should go ahead and start figuring out how to work the device. Despite a large amount of swellin...
