Re: Want some advice at 42 years old..
How long does it typically take to pump that many times? For me I was hoping to be able to pump during foreplay to keep sex as normal as possible. What I mean is I do think my wife feels like she will miss my body actually reacting to her so I’m wandering how discreet you can bee inflating if it ta...

Re: Want some advice at 42 years old..
Hey brother, First time posting on this site. I am 51 and just had the surgery on 10/28/24 (Coloplast Titan). I’m almost three weeks out from the surgery and thus far everything has gone smoothly. I have my first post-op appointment next week and hopefully will be given clearance to run and lift we...

Re: Want some advice at 42 years old..
Hello, dog ears most happen when the size of the cylinders don't fit exactly to the Corpora cavernosa, mostly to long, so the cylinder might fold on one place while expanding / inflating. By stretching manually one can correct dog ears, sometimes also after a while of cycling the capsula around the...

Re: Penile implant with hard flaccid questions
Hey everyone, I've suffered from hard flaccid syndrome for almost six years now and have reached my limit. I'm considering a penile implant to put the matter to bed for good. Anyone with hard flaccid knows that is a torturous awful condition, that you feel and deal with every second of the day. The...

Re: Want some advice at 42 years old..
Hey guys. I have been a franktalk member for years. I am one of the unlucky few that have pssd from stopping a long time antidepressant. I’m not sure what It did but it caused low libido, Ed, low sensation, etc. I have been like this for six years and I am getting to the point that I believe I’m hav...

Thanks.Im very average on girth maybe even slightly below average. Sounds like if I go with Perito, Clavelle, Eid or Hakky I could expect to not lose length. I can usually perform but it’s A lot of stress and work. Pills, or shots, limit alcohol, etc.

Re: Want some advice at 42 years old..
Once again thanks everyone for the great responses. I’m going to start looking into setting up a consultation. At this point I am not noticing really any nocturnal erections at all and I never really know if the pill is going to work. It sounds like I should be able to gain my normal size back after...

Re: Want some advice at 42 years old..
Lost somewhere between 1.5 and 2 inches. No, the loss was not due to ED and atrophy. I had ED for only 8 months and still was able to get erections, just not reliable. My "pre surgery" meassurements were not 15 years ago, but 1 week prior to surgery. Since starting cycling, there was no i...
