Confusion over Titan girth statement
According to the Coloplast website: Girth: The Titan® IPP cylinders can expand to the maximum size of the corpora with maximum girth expansion of 21 mm of each cylinder. This provides 17% more girth. This statement doesn't make sense, are they saying that the cylinders will expand to the maximum siz...

Re: Implant pointing sideways
Yeah, updated my signature.
I contacted my doctor who said to inflate and then pull to the side to try and correct the angle. Was just looking for some reassurance from others here.

Implant pointing sideways
I'm now three weeks post op, ever since the day of surgery i was left partially inflated and implant pointed pretty much sideways to the left. Started inflating yesterday for the first time and implant still points about 20 - 30 degrees to the left when inflated. Did anyone else experience this? Did...
Re: High pump
Yeah I was advised to pull down on it in the instructions post op. The first week my balls were so swollen an sore, perhaps I should have been more aggressive with it. But to me it feels like the tubes don't have any more length in them.
Still hoping to hear from guys who had the op to move to pump.

Re: High pump
Yeah, I'll definitely give it some time before making any rash decisions.
High pump
I'm about 3 weeks post op, infrapubic titan install. Presently, my pump is sitting fairly high behind my left nut. I've been trying to pull it lower but there doesn't seem to be any slack in the tubes coming down. The pump pushes my left nut forward. I'm concerned that once I'm cleared for sex that ...

Encapsulated pump
I am 11 days post op from my implant. My healing has been going well with everything except the pump in the scrotum. I noticed a few days ago after the swelling in the scrotum had completely subsided that the pump seemed to be encapsulated in a fluid filled sac within my scrotum. I messaged my docto...

Re: Is there really any value in a Doppler ultrasound?
There are reports of some men, after getting an implant using a cavernosum tissue-sparing technique having some erectile ability restored (without pumping up the implant). The speculation is that the implant squeezes those veins, enabling them to reduce the leakage. Do you have any more information...

Re: Is there really any value in a Doppler ultrasound?
I guess if I decide to go ahead with the implant and it is conditional on a VL diagnosis then I have little choice, otherwise it seems kind of pointless.

Is there really any value in a Doppler ultrasound?
My urologist offered to do a Doppler ultrasound on my penis, but the cost will be around $700. I am hesitant as I don't really see the value in it, and many seem to be inconclusive. I'm not interested in attempting vascular surgery given the poor outcomes so is there really any value in identifying ...
