Re: Implanted Feb 12

Yep, I swore the doc must have beat me with a baseball bat. At my 4 week follow up visit, he said I was still too swollen. The walls of the scrotum were thick and swollen. He scheduled to come back in 2 additional weeks. I would say the first 2 months, I was in the oh no, what have I done mindset. T...

Who do you tell

So, I am about 5.5 months post op and very happy. Pump 30-40 pumps every night. Sometimes I fall asleep and wake up with major wood. Feel like I am 20 again. Today, I had to go see an eye surgeon. (Totally unrelated) Anyway, this cute little 20 something is rooming me and reviewing my meds and histo...

Re: Can someone explain the inflation "pop"? AMX 700

Hey jtm, I here ya. I am almost 3 months post op. I have also heard people talk about the 'pop' for inflation and the 'click' for deflation. Once or twice for inflation, I have gotten a squish. Almost like a grape squishing. No Pop. More often than not, I just pump 4-5 times, take a break and then p...

Re: Deflating

I saw my Uro this week as I have been having some issues inflating and deflating. He was able to deflate and saaid some people get the click and some don't. I don't get the click but I do get the buzz. Then he went on to inflate and got the pop first. Since then I have cycled a few times. I can defl...

Re: What’s needed post implant

Stock up on plenty of patience. Use the 2 sets of underwear approach to keep ice bags in place and directly off of your skin. I found underwear at Walmart called AND1 that are very nice and snug. I used them over my regular underwear. I couldn't wear a jock strap. I think most people see a decrease ...

Re: Deflate button, How long is valve open?

Ahhhh, unbelievable. You guys are the best!! OK, I didn't hear the click but I did feel about 4 different squirts/buzzes. "vigorous" is putting it mildy Still not totally soft but the pressure has been relieved. I can actually get in and out of my car without killing myself. Thanks All!!!

Fly, one other thing. I couldn't do the jock strap thing. Too uncomfortable. I found some underwear at Walmart called AND1. Game changer!!

Re: Day 13 of implant

I am now 8 weeks post op. At 6 weeks, I had appt with my URO and he explained that I was still swollen "on the inside". So, even after your sac calms down, the inside could still be swollen. At day 18, I was cleared to start doing hot baths. Swelling will come and go with physical activity...
