Re: Unexpected Experiment

I think the biggest concern is sterility. In this study Alprostadil only degraded about 8% at room temperature at 5 days. Other studies at 37 C showed 75-95 % degradation by 14 days depending on the original pH of the solution. At temperatures higher than that, more degradation will occur. https://p...

Re: Was Doing OK . . but . . Beta Blocker

Lisinopril actually is not a beta blocker but an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor. In general they are less likely to cause ED issue than beta blockers but everyone is different. But I would think the local effect of the injection would be way stronger than the small effect a new medication o...

Re: PT141

A few things that are interesting to note. I looked at experiences with Melatotan 2, (from what pt-141 was developed from), Vyleesi (which is PT-141/Bremelanotide in the dose of 1.75mg that is now FDA approved for premenopausal women only-actually comes as a preloaded auto injector) and PT-141 which...

Re: Keep missing the mark

1) Plumping up usually ensures a hit. I usually use about 25mg Viagra a bit before my plumping. I don’t get priapism with this dose but others might find this dangerous if they have no experience combining it with Trimix. This also plumps up the head in my case. 2) if can’t plump up or in a hurry, p...

Re: Syringe filled with air when injected

Most serious consequence is an air embolism. That can occur with larger volumes of air (the equivalent of perhaps 2000 units=20 cc.). injected into a vessel. So your injection is small and of course we use the 3 and 9 o’clock positions for injections to avoid the large vessels. Passing through the s...

Re: Dark bruise near the tip from what??

Any bruise, (which is blood under the skin), can run “downhill” due to gravity. So unless your penis is always pointing upward some bruising can migrate with gravity. But by all means check with your medical provider.

Re: WHERE DOES THE DOSAGE GO FROM HERE?

My initial and current formula is17.55/0.588/5.88, so half of what posters say is a typical 30/1/10 “starter mix”. During my teaching visit the urologist recommended 20 units (0.2 cc or ml) Having read hundreds of posts on the forum I told the nurse I’d rather try 10 units. In the end I had a 4 hour...

Re: Testosterone Syringe Loading

Good question, trying to get the last little bit out of a vial can be difficult. Once the vial with your syringe in it is inverted you need to carefully back the needle out slightly so the tip is still in the liquid that is left in the vial and it can then enter through the tip. The trick here is th...

Re: How Long Does Trimix Last

I’m new to this but here are my thoughts. I got my first supply on September 14. The bottle had an expiration date of October 17. (Probably official length advised, perhaps fear of contamination?) In any case after about 2 months of 80% success rate had 4 ineffective injections in a row, in differen...

Re: syringe supply

Most immunizations use a larger needle, like a 25 gauge, since it needs to go through much more tissue than your dick. I suppose the manufacturers may change their production to meet immunization needs which would affect the larger gauge (smaller needle) insulin syringes. But I agreed that hoarding ...
