MY wonderful insurance denied coverage on an implant. Has anyone paid out of pocket in USA to one of the experienced Docs that do mostly or all implants? Whats that Docs name in Chicago that all he does is implants? I read on here about him, anyone been there/know what he charges for cash patients?

Does anyone do Mail order Quad or Bi mix ?

My local compounding pharmacy is charging 88$ for 2.5 ML, does not last very long.
