Re: Effective?
IMHO a natural strong erection is best followed by a strong erection with PDE 5 inhibitors followed by a strong erection with injections. Can’t comment on implants. I see no reason to move up the scale until erections become weak. I find a hard erection is most pleasing to me and my spouse. All in a...

Re: Preload syringes with BiMix?
I usually keep some prefilled in refrigerator. But I’ve also used some left out at room temp for over a week with success.

Re: Did injection use diminish whatever natural function you had?
Natural sex is best. PDE 5 supplemented sex is 2nd best. Injectable sex is 3rd best. But it’s all good and better than not making an effort.

Re: Trimix and Cialis Daily
I take Cialis (Tadalifil) daily. This provides me with some amount of nighttime erections which is good for penis health. This dose was not enough help to resolve daytime ED so I added Bimix.
Trimix was too strong for me leading me to think that Cialis reduces the need for stronger injections.

Re: Online Prescription??
I actually did the Telemedicine route too. Didn’t want to get a boner in the docs office during early Covid.
I like the ease and privacy of telemedicine , but balk at the refill pricing.

You can do an online consultation plus prescription fulfillment but it’s a pricey way to go.

0.5 ml = 50 units.
My prescription did not call for dilution so can’t comment on that. You should follow directions provided by the doctor.

Re: phenylephrine injection dose for pariprisim??
I think it depends on the strength of the “over dose”. The pills did not work on my first injection that was too strong a mix and too much volume.

Re: phenylephrine injection dose for pariprisim??
My antidote instructions said 0.5 ml every 3-5 min until resolved. I waited 15 min before additional dose.
I used it once with 2 doses and one with one dose. Then I got mix and dosage correct and never used again.

Re: Injecting and Plavix
I am on Eliquis blood thinner and don’t have problems if I apply pressure to injection site for 2-3 minutes. A couple of times I got a bruise the size of a BB, but mostly nothing.
