Re: Difficulties w/semen being ejaculated?

In a situation like this, would it be possible for you to use some sort of urethral dilators to stretch out your urethra? Maybe your surgeon could do this? I haven't mentioned it to my surgeon yet b/c I wanted to give it plenty of time. I didn't know, like so many other issues that sometimes come u...

Re: Difficulties w/semen being ejaculated?

I have the same thing , you're right the urethra is being squeezed. Only way round it is not to pump so hard . I have tried varying the hardness and the only way that works is to keep it at no more than 50% inflated. That may seem like a reasonable compromise but I lose so much girth. It's like own...

Difficulties w/semen being ejaculated?

I'm 2 years post-op and have had continued difficulty w/ evacuating all of the semen after orgasm. Only about 50-75% "makes it out" during the orgasm. When I deflate the implant, the remainder comes out (sometimes a lot). It seems to be directly correlated to how hard I pump up. The harder...

Re: Pointing to the left

I think it varies. I had PD with a 45 degree upward curvature and about 20 degrees to the left prior to the implant. But the left curvature started at midshaft. Post-op the midshaft left curvature was gone. After I started cycling, I noticed that it was still pointing to the left but was originating...

Re: Cylinder mobility and pain

Hey Director, I have an AMS not the Titan, but when inflated, even when just hard enough for sex, (which is how it feels best) I can't bend my penis downward at all, and very limited side to side. While it doesn't feel great, I can push my dick up against my abdomen, in a straight up position. When...

Cylinder mobility and pain

Coming up on 9 months post-op. I still get fairly sore after 20 minutes or so of moderately vigorous sex. I swell the day after if my wife goes cowboy, especially if there if front-to-back sliding/grinding. I do not have 360 degrees of movement at the base (I am unable to push it down/towards the fl...

PROGNOSIS FOR PEYRONIE'S AFTER IMPLANT

I'm 7 months post-implant surgery. Prior to the surgery I had 2 PD curvatures/deformities: I had a lateral/left bend of about 40 degrees that originated from roughly the middle of the shaft. I had a second curvature upwards of 50-60 degrees that originated from about 1 1/2 inches behind the glans. T...

Re: Cystoscopy question

A cytoscopy was literally what set-off (what eventually became) my Peyronie's Disease. I had the procedure done in 2018 and it hurt like hell. I had an adverse reaction to the "invasion" that set off a month of swelling/pain. 2 months after that I started to notice some lumps and a slight ...

Re: Glan/Penis tip pain during orgasm

Guys, Is it just me, or did anyone else with an implant experience pain in the glans (tip of penis) during orgasm? I started testing the implant for sexual activity 3 weeks post-op (4 weeks in now). The 3 times I tested it, orgasm was painful. Enough that I'd rather not orgasm lol. I figure since t...
