Re: PotencyFlow - help for venous leak
Can't find much info on this. Looks like an internal constriction ring which closes/opens the veins to the penis with a push of a button? What if the system fails and closes off the veins without wanting to open up, what the hell do you do then? Have this even been tested in humans at all?

Re: Dating with Injections
Sounds like you're developing PGE1 drug resistance which i'm convinced is a real possibility.
Speaking from experience, you should take a several long week brake from injections to try reset things.

Re: Anyone heard of endovascular repair for venous leak?
Go for it and report back to us. If this was in the EU, and i knew for sure i had VL, i would undergo it myself in a heartbeat. We're in a grave need of something treating VL. Getting an implant when you have VL is a bit like fishing with dynamit, you're destroying healthy tissue just to bypass one s...

Sounds like VL to me.
End diastolic velocity of 10 would translate to severe ED practically speaking.
Ask the doctor at the next appointment if embolization surgery or sclerotheraphy is something worth doing.

How long breaks do you need to avoid tolerance in your case?

Re: Implant recommended, although I still have blood flow
Phallus , Did I not state I had tried everything?? 2 ligation surgeries included for clarity. My bad. Could you provide some details on this? I've never heard of a single actual real person who has their ED cured by sclerotherapy/veinous litigation. Only a lot of horror stories, reports of disappoi...

Re: Implant recommended, although I still have blood flow
I would agree that all possibilities and treatments need to be considered and given a chance before going down the road of an implant. However for a urologist to state he would not implant anyone under 40 is complete nonsense. I would be gone and in search of a new urologist asap. I tried everythin...

Re: MED3000 for ED: an update
@simbarn does the fm57 clinical trial results appear vague to you? It claims MED3000 being statistically significant in each separate cohort of severity (mild, moderate and severe) and it showed meaningful clinical difference in 60% of patients. First of, what determines if your ED is mild, moderate...

Do you remember what your edv was measured to before the ligation surgery?
Any relapse since?
Can you stay hard (with pills) through the whole act?
