The tubes are very stiff when new. They do soften over time. Sometimes I’ll deflate and and in a hour or so deflate again. I’ve experienced the same phenomena. I have the classic also with the “tab” for the deflate. It can at times be difficult to know exactly where to squeeze both sides. When I run into trouble deflating, I find that laying down flat helps. Keep pressure on your shaft while squeezing the tab and slowly move your fingers on the tab until y...

I agree with happy toy except I do two good squeezes. This has helped eliminate the hard bulb.

I was cycling to max at week six and holding for at least one hour. It was very painful and some days I wouldn’t last the hour. Today at ten weeks there is still some pain, if 6 weeks was a 10 today is probably a 2-3.
