Re: When do you consider that you are psychologically prepared to receive an implant?
I think what you have described is more common than you realise. Making that decision can be really hard and I was like you where I was very reluctant to let go of the 'natural' me for something artifical. For me what really sealed the deal as far as taking that step was a couple of things. Firstly,...

Re: The bulge is witholding me, desperate
From what I’ve read, the semi erect look is not really a problem at all with AMS implants and with Titans it isn’t all that significant with bigger penises because the weight and length will naturally cause it to hang down. I definitely wouldn’t let that concern hold you back from getting an implan...

Re: Worth it because of my size?
I think it’s definitely worth it no matter what size you are. That being said, because of your size you may have a better outcome with an AMS rather than a Titan. I only have had a Titan so I can’t compare from my own experience, but I think the Titan may give you a “always partially erect” look to ...

Re: Inflatable to malleable - any experiences? Titan just failed, revision Monday
Obviously everyone sees things differently but if it were me I would go with another 3-piece. I think the failure you experienced was unlucky and most likely wont happen again for quite some time. I dont know a great deal about malleable implants, but from what I have read, if implants in general ar...

Re: Implanted today.. any remedies combat the pee burn?
When I say it’s burns like hell I’m not lying, only got out a few drops and it been hours. I took some meds but no luck. There’s nearly no pain elsewhere. I would discuss that with your Dr asap. Ive only had the surgery done twice, on both occasions a catheter was installed during surgery and remov...
Re: Post Op
I’m having my implant done here in may and I’m trying to decide if i should have the wife drive me home or drive myself. I live 2 or 3 hours from the Bay Area where dr Karpman is doing the surgery and I will stay over night in the hospital and be released the next morning. If my wife brings me she ...

Re: Auto inflation
Maybe try just a partial pump after deflating. It only needs to be enough to move the valve across.
Not sure if that will resolve the issue but its worth a try.
