Go see Dr. Blick first. Did mine and have had zero issues with it. He's with Valley Urological Associates.

Re: Skipping Injections
Hated the side effects of pills and injections were offered at the same time as implant. Wish the implant was first option but I never did injections.

Re: AMS CX guys
I would be more worried about having a surgeon let me decide. Seriously consider what you surgeon advises and then ask WHY? I've got an LGX that is alwys half full and looks great. Why can't you get the LGX?

Re: Has anyone opted for an implant without FULL erectile dysfunction?
Yes, I still had decent erections but wasn't sustainable. Never did injections....had no desire to go that route. Best decision I could have made. I still have all (possibly more) sensitivity than before implant, better and harder erections that are superior to natural, and can stay that way as long...

Re: Trimix or Implant?
Sorry I'm biased for the implant.. I completely skipped injections (tried it once in the Dr. office) and have zero regrets. If you're a mental person then I would go with a solution that requires less thought, causes less anxiety, and is much simpler in it's function than injecting a chemical.

Re: Inflatable implants are a bad bargain
Referring to something as a “bargain”… think about this.
I hope you are satisfied with your bottle brush, if you ever actually get it. Emerging or developing is code for poor, and malleables are cheaper. I’m happy inflating, you can keep your bottle brush.

Re: Get an implant now or keep using trimix
I still don’t understand the “you can’t go back” argument about implants. Who wants to go back? My implanted erection is superior to any natural or chemical induced erection. Is more sensitive than ever… there are so many benefits. Get it now. If I could have gotten it at 39, I would have, but had t...

Re: Why is an implant "last resort"?
Wow, some really great responses. I think that an implant being the last "option" has given it the almost desperate sounding "last resort" title, and with it, an undue stigma. Imagine if it was presented, along with all of the available data, statistics, etc. when FIRST creating ...
