Re: New information about the electronic implant

Thanks for the info. I feel like an eIPP would be beneficial for men with spinal cord injuries like myself where the paralysis affects our hands and dexterity. I don't like the idea of a palpable battery though. Maybe the battery tech will improve and in 10 years it will be smaller.

Re: Can anyone provide pictures of the flat/square/oval IPP results?

Newbie, the IPP in that link looks pretty good to me. If it's flat I don't see it.

Can anyone provide pictures of the flat/square/oval IPP results?

I often read that it's a common complaint that after an implant their penis is now flat/square/oval. The logic is always that since the implant is just two cylinders next to each other then it will naturally be more flat/square/oval. I've been searching the forum unsuccessfully for pictures of these...

Will VED still create an erection if an implant is removed?

I know natural erections aren't possible after an implant because the tissue is destroyed. This lead me to a question about if a vacuum pump would still work on a penis if the implant is ever removed (due to infection, pain, failed equipment, etc).

Re: AMS vs Coloplast is such a tough decision

What about difficulty/force required to compress the pump? People like myself with injured hands and low strength may add it as another variable to consider when making the decision between the two.

Re: Can men with implants still flex?

There’s a lot of misconceptions with quadriplegia. I can move my arms. I can push my wheelchair. I can drive a car and transfer myself in/out of the car. I’m closer to a paraplegic than a quadriplegic. The reason I’m a quadriplegic is because my grip is affected. Squeezing the pump is a concern but ...

Can men with implants still flex?

I’m strongly considering an implant but I’m very worried. I am a quadriplegic. I am fortunate I still get boners (only reflex boners, never via thought/sight induced boners). I am able to orgasm and ejaculate with masturbation. The thing I’ve discovered is my orgasms are triggered by spasms in my pe...
