How long does Trimix last
I was just wondering, how long does trimix last in the fridg? I have had my vial of trimix since june 2012 and it still works well. I had my uro give me another script last visit so I would have when this runs out.

Re: First Uro visit feeling depressed
Raven, Find another Uro. This guy doesn't know what he's talking about. The shots ARE NOT painful. When I mentioned it in my Uro's office, my Uro left the room and came back with a script. Even the nurse was positive on trimix, she gave me information on the local compounding pharmacies in my area. ...

Re: injection video
There is an injection video on this site. Click on "Treatements" at the top of this page, then select "injections" and go all the way to the bottom. There is a video that should show you everything. The needle is so small, it really doesn't hurt at all and the results are fantast...

Re: New and scared
If you are that leary, you could do an injection with 30 units to see how it goes again. If you get the same results, increase it by 5 units. My uro made his injection with 20 units, that was too much, I've worked it down to 8 units for about 2 to 2 1/2 hour erection. When you get the doseage issue ...

Re: who performed your 1st injection?
My first injection was in my uro's office. The doctor with the assistance of his nurse injected me. He explained everything and said that on "3" he would inject. He had the needle next to my penis and I remember thinking "this might not be a good idea" about the time I was up to ...

Re: Damaged needle
Hi Mike, I've never heard of problems with the sharpness of the needle. I'm pretty new to injecting (only 4 months), but all I've read on this site this has not come up. If I were you, I would definately e-mail the syringe's manufacturer and let them know. There appears to be a flaw in their quality...

Re: Syringe size
Thanks for replys concerning the needle size. I would never reuse syringes much less needles. I was just a little confused about the 2 needle thing. It doesn't sound like needle point dulling is an issue going through the rubber on the vial.

Re: Syringe size
This is a very timely post, I was going to ask about the needle size. My uro gave me a script for 1 1/2" 19 gauge and 1/2" 27 gauge needles. He told me to use the larger needles to draw the trimix from the vial and to use the 27 guage to inject. He said that would eliminate the 27 gauge ge...
