New Jersey/NYC/Philly doc

I had prostectomy in 2012 and salvage XRT in 2016. I was pretty good ED wise with pills until 18 months ago - now essentially dead and sexless for the most part. Wife has been somewhat indifferent and that pisses me off even more but we both feel that we should make another go of it as the sexless m...

Started with .2 or 20 untis with 2/20/30 mix. Only about 75%. Discouraged. I was hoping I would not need much. I guess I should try 25 and keep moving up. Is this a starter dilution?

Re: Testosterone level for 62 yo

Buzz, did you have surgery too. I had surgery and SRT and I think with both the long term outcome is not great with ED.

Testosterone level for 62 yo

I’m 62 and had prostatectomy 2012. Terrible ED until 2014 and then was good with 20mg levitra. Had radiation in 2016 and still did well until last year. Now not responding to meds. Did prp and getting some morning wood - 50 percent- but otherwise no better. Check testosterone and got 510, seems good...

Re: Levitra losing its punch

Generic should not make a difference to the downside (it's the same chemical!!). Rugiet is just a hybrid of viagra and cialis (sidenafil and tadalafil) and is quite similar to levitra. Of those three, as I understand only Cialis / tadalafil is particularly different in duration of impact if you tak...

Re: Levitra losing its punch

Thanks for the responses. I have been reading about increasing the dose of Levitra and I may try that. The original studies included a 40mg dose and there was some improvment without any signficant side effects.

Levitra losing its punch

I am 62 and had robotic prostatectomy in 2012. Had ED for 18 months but got good function back after - but with Levitra 20mg. Then had XRT in 2016 - PSA undectable. But in last 18 month Levitra is not as reliable. But this is also when it went generic. Do you think that generic is not as good? ...ha...
