I had to fight BCBS and finally won, had doctor send letter to insurance co. telling them why I needed the surgery. Disk surgery and diabetes was the cause. All other methods had been tried and failed. I threatened to come in person to hearing. They finally listened and paid. Keep fighting!!!

I wore a jockstrap over my underware to keep it in place, I went back to work in two weeks.
I told everyone I had hernia surgery and had to move real slow. Pain was not too bad.

I had mine done on june 5th, with no problems at all to this day. I was constipated for a few days after surgery from all the drugs, so if you have problems with that I would tell doctor. Only regret is I didn't get it done years ago.
