Re: No more inflation after ther first few pumps on the AMS 700
My experience was similar -- seemed no matter what there was no progress after initial pumping. Then one day, BAM -- more pumps and rapid improvement. My conclusion is progress is not linear. There's a threshold to reach and then there's improvement that plateaus until the next threshold is met. Jus...

Original implant was too short resulting in floppy glans. Revision surgeon recommended titan for girth purposes and I agreed.

Went from AMS to Titan
When inflating the AMS, the first squeeze resulted in an almost audible click or pop indicating the backflow prevention mechanism (or whatever it's called) is in place and inflation can occur. Not so with the Titan. When deflating AMS, there's no doubt when deflating starts due to rapid pressure rel...

The original surgeon recommended the revision surgeon. Dr. Justin Parker did the revision and I think all is well.

Re: Interesting sequence of events
Too early to tell how it will turn out but first impression was positive. Revision was two weeks ago and I partially cycled today. No floppy glans. No idea what went wrong the first time other than bad sizing by surgeon. For what it's worth, revision recovery was pretty much pain free.

Re: One Touch Release Titan Pump
Is there a difference between "Touch" and "One Touch"? My model/practice says Titan Touch. Started cycling today and before I went full bore I tried deflating with no luck. Been trying for a couple hours. Is the first deflate harder than normal for some reason?

Re: Pain Post-Implant
3.5 months post surgery and very little if any pain/soreness. Much better than a month ago.

Re: Pulling the pump
I had similar experience except the pain. I found the best technique for me was to push down from the block area of the pump with a finger or thumb. Eventually it dropped enough to grab it in that area between finger and thumb. I would pull every time I pissed. It now sits low.

Re: Interesting sequence of events
One day later and revision scheduled, no insurance concerns. Easy as that.
